Em’s Ice Cream is the best. (If you have any idea how much ice cream I eat, you’ll know that is not a statement to be taken lightly). I recognize I’m totally biased given that the “Em” in Em’s Ice Cream is my good friend of 15 years, Emily. But regardless, I’d be willing to bet this would be my choice in a blindfolded taste test!
Emily’s husband Andrew started the company in Denver about seven years ago I think, and it has been growing every season. Last summer when I was out there I swung by the shop to take a few pictures for them. Their little Lily was of course the star.
